Preparing Your Order
Every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged by hand.

Smaller items are individually gift boxed, ready for you to wrap or present straight away — ideal for family, friends, or a special treat for yourself.

Larger items may not be gift boxed, but rest assured, they’ll be securely wrapped and well protected for their journey to you.
Please include your email address and telephone number when placing your order, as these details allow us to send tracking updates once your parcel is dispatched.
We process orders Monday to Friday, aiming to dispatch within 48 hours. During particularly busy seasonal periods, this may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Parcels cannot be left unattended, so consider an address where someone will be available — many customers find delivery to a work address easiest.

Delivery Delays
We always strive to get your Ardenholt order to you promptly.
However, during the busy Christmas season or due to unforeseen courier delays (such as bad weather or vehicle issues), delivery times may occasionally be longer. These circumstances are, unfortunately, beyond our control — but we’ll keep you informed wherever possible.
Missing Parcels
Thankfully, almost all orders arrive safely and on time. However, if your parcel seems delayed:
