Refund Policy
We sincerely hope that, when you open your Ardenholt order, you are delighted with the products you have chosen.
However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return part or all of your order.
To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@ardenholt.co.uk and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
You will then have an additional 14 days to return the items to us.
When we acknowledge your email, we will then provide you with a return address.
All returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that you include the original receipt inside the parcel.
Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as the items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
If the returned goods do not arrive or arrive damaged, we will be unable to process a refund.
Upon receiving your returned parcel, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in acceptable condition. We will then process your refund, which will include the cost of the goods and the original delivery charge.
If you are returning only part of your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
